The Blissful mind

From the Last few week’s forced pause allowed me to stand back from the daily grind and admit that I’ve never been taking care of myself in the way that my mind and body demanded. Thankfully, I was able to break free from my routine and begin prioritize self-care, which has extremely improved my mind, body, and soul so much more!

What is healthy mindset ?

Finding ways to grow from your thoughts instead of allowing them to organise your life is part of a healthy mindset. Rather than concentrating on negative thought.

Healthy mindset is made up of :-

a) get over it

b) accept it.

So what do you need for a healthy mindset?

A healthy mindset is made up of 5C’s :-

Calmness

A healthy attitude requires the ability to relax your mind while you’re under stress. It’s tough to view things as they truly are when your thoughts are all over the place. Calmness develops when you become aware of what’s going on around you and what you’re thinking. You can calm yourself and notice when you’re overthinking or worrying about small issues by figuring out strategies and habits that relax your mind.

Clarity

When it comes to dealing with indecision, having a clear idea of what’s important to you is essential. When we’re unsure about who we are or what we want, our brain take up a lot of space. You can minimize the overwhelm that comes with uncertainties by getting clear on your priorities, goals, and values.

Compassion

Lack of compassion for in a person is one of the major factors to an unhealthy mindset. You can only sabotage your success if you will compare yourself to others, put some pressure on yourself to be flawless, and doubt your own abilities. Accepting yourself, maintaining healthy expectations, and believing in yourself and your journey are all possible with compassion.

Concentration

Commitment and dedication in any work are the heart of concentration. We live in a time where there are so many distractions an it’s all too easy to lose sight of what’s essential to you and even who you are. You get trapped when you focus on what others are doing instead of your own path. You can follow through and genuinely make progress if you focus on what counts and make sacrifices with your time.

Courage

Courage enables us to act. We keep ourselves trapped when we procrastinate and avoid taking action. Courage may seem to be about taking massive, scary steps into the unfamiliar, but it may also be as easy as completing a task you’ve been putting off. Courage permits us to take imperfect action, which in turn helps us develop self-confidence, tolerance, and strength.
